Paul Shokpeka  hails from the vibrant lands of Benin city, Nigeria and has been living in Canada since 2009.

He has embarked on a journey that seamlessly blended his academic pursuits with his true passion.

After graduating in 2013 with a degree in Economics and Psychology from the University of Manitoba, he realized that his heart yearned for something more than just numbers and theories.

Driven by a thirst for fulfillment, he made a bold move and enrolled at the Vancouver Institute of Media Arts in 2023, delving headfirst into the enchanting realm of 3D animation where imagination takes form and creativity dances to its own rhythm.

Through the captivating medium of animation, he discovered a boundless space to translate emotions, stories, and visions into captivating visuals.

His journey has been one of transformation and self-discovery.

Each piece of art he creates, reflects the layers of experience I've gathered along the way, interweaving the colors of my Nigerian heritage with the vivid landscapes of my artistic explorations.
